1.How do I pay?

• Fill out the PayPal information
• Fax or e-mail your credit card information
• Money order made out to The SignWorks

2.Can I reorder the same product?

Yes, we log every customer in our database.

3.How do I wash my garments?

1.) Turn them inside out.
2.) Machine wash warm.
3.) No bleach, whiteners or brighteners.
4.) Use liquid soap only (we recommend purex).
5.) Tumble dry.

4.I have bubbles in my vinyl, what do I do?

Prick area with pin and squeegee out.

5.Can you create a custom design?

6.Can you make lettering in an arch or other effect?

Yes, we can. Just let us know what you want done.

7.What is your return policy?

All lettering is custom made for each client, therefore returns
cannot be accepted. If there is an error on our part we will gladly replace it at no charge.
